Rentyl Resorts, a groundbreaking tech-enabled hospitality and real estate company, recently announced a successful capital raise of $25 million, which will be used to expand its network of hotels and resorts, improve its technology platform, and invest in marketing and hiring. Founded in 2015 by CEO Nicholas Falcone and his brothers Dan and Matt, the company has grown tremendously over the years, with over 84 hotels and resorts in its network.

With a focus on short-term vacation rentals that offer resort-style amenities, Rentyl Resorts has revolutionized the hospitality industry by creating strategic partnerships with well-known hotel and resort brands. "Our vision from the start was to create an all-inclusive hospitality experience for our customers made possible by strategic partnerships with well-known, trusted hotel and resort brands," said Nick Falcone, CEO of Rentyl Resorts. "It’s an exciting time in hospitality as consumers are seeking new safe and secure ways to travel. With this new infusion of capital, we plan to improve the overall Rentyl customer experience."

Rentyl Resorts operates a 360-degree solution for the development of short-term rental resorts, which includes site planning, construction, real estate sales, and marketing. Their innovative approach combines the best of both worlds, allowing guests to enjoy resort-like services while staying in vacation homes.

In a recent Hospitality Mentor podcast interview, Falcone discussed the success of the Margaritaville Resort in Orlando, which boasts over 250 hotel rooms, 450 cottages, and hundreds of villas, alongside a retail entertainment district and a waterpark. "We felt that there was a hole in the Orlando market in regards to this type of product offering," Falcone said, adding that the property offers something for everyone in the family.

Falcone also explained how Rentyl Resorts has managed to create a synergistic relationship between hotels and vacation rentals. "We've created a model where we could really infuse the two together to create a lot of upsides," he said. This unique combination has helped the company attract group business, enhance guest stays, and increase revenue.

Island-inspired villa

Rentyl Resorts' innovative approach to hospitality has caught the attention of major brands like Marriott Homes & Villas®, The Walt Disney Travel Company®, and the Jack Nicklaus Companies, all of which have partnered with the company.

As Rentyl Resorts continues to grow, the company aims to become the go-to brand for vacationers seeking resort-style amenities in the comfort of a private home. With this latest capital infusion, Rentyl is poised to make an even greater impact on the hospitality industry, providing unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide.
