Not only is he a talented chef, but he’s also an incredibly kind, humble, and selfless individual who has dedicated his career to lifting others up. I’ve had the privilege of working directly with Frederic over the years, and I’ve seen firsthand the generosity and support he’s offered to countless people, helping them rise in their own careers.
Now, this extraordinary man needs our help. Frederic has been diagnosed with brain cancer, and his battle is one no one should face alone.
Over the years, Frederic has always been the first to offer help—whether it’s mentoring someone new to the industry, guiding a colleague, or simply sharing a kind word when it was needed most.
