Throughout her career, Amy has gained incredible hotel experience with former roles as the General Manager for the Hyatt Regency Calgary, Corporate Director of Field Operations at The Americas Hyatt Hotels, and Senior Director of Catering Sales and Conventions Hyatt Regency O'Hare - just to name a few. In this conversation, Amy talks about her career in hospitality that led her to working for top brands and what her advice is for the next generation coming up in the industry.
