James Ferguson - Author and General Manager

He recently published his book, The Confetti Culture Playbook, an inspiring book that he wrote for hotel managers who are looking to build a strong company culture. James is also a principal consultant at Confetti Culture LLC, his own business, that is working to challenge the status quo by helping hotels realign their priorities and put employees first.
