According to the creator of this remarkable menu, Bar Manager Mark Tubridy, the menu is like a rainbow, presenting a vibrant mix of hues not as isolated entities but a dynamic interplay of colors.
"When one savors a cocktail, it’s enticing to envision it as a singular entity, yet it's truly a combination of various components, similar to a rainbow," Tubridy notes. He further elaborates that distinct flavors like citrus, smoke, and heat, despite their bold character, can harmonize more seamlessly than one might presume. However, to truly appreciate the symphony of flavors, one should know the origins of its harmonious blend.
This Spring, the Le Prism cocktail menu presents ten uniquely formulated cocktails, embodying an eclectic mix of flavors and creative methodologies. These offerings are a tribute to the diverse ways we experience light in our everyday lives. By attributing distinct flavor profiles to each prism color and exploring their countless potential intersections, guests are offered a sensory preview of their cocktail even before they taste it.
Tubridy describes his innovative menu as a reflection of "the enchanting, energetic, and tumultuous dance that paints the canvas of our world". Like the transition from light to dark with myriad color combinations in between, this exclusive seasonal offering illuminates the intricate simplicity of a ray of light fragmented and then reassembled.

Aurora: Solar rays dance upon an invisible forcefield high above the Earth, a mesmerizing display of blue, green and purple performers. No longer captives to space yet not inhabitants of this world either, these lights are destined to exist in an ethereal limbo, serving as a reminder that the beauty of our planet is illuminated by distant visitors.
Rainbow Blues: Like any lasting memory, rainbows are both joyful and melancholy, for even the most perfect moments in life are meant to pass.
