Overview
The Food & Beverage Service Boosters are a collection of 15 activities and standards that are designed to be quick-hit reminders and conversation starters for teams to use during daily pre-shift meetings. The goal of this toolkit is to create a level of consistency and reinforce expectations of what it takes to create fantastic memorable guest experiences.
How to use.
•Use the following activities, one per day, as part of daily pre-shift meetings. Further conversations and activities are suggested to bring the service booster to life.
•In addition, the standard should be reinforced throughout the day with both positive and constructive feedback from leadership.
•Once all boosters have been completed, continue to rotate through them for the remainder of the month and year.Feel free to add more standards or choose your own order based on focus areas.
